Enhance your customer data
Those updates are carefully screened, cleaned and enhanced by us before we match them into your For-Sight® database. We can update the whole database with valuable external data to enhance and clean the data.
The old adage is true – "rubbish in, rubbish out". Despite enterprise-wide best intentions the quality of data gathered across what can be multi-site 24 hour management systems and online bookers is often unreliable. To ensure that only data that can be relied upon enters the system, we carefully check the data before we match it into your nice, clean, reliable marketing database.
New transaction records are matched to existing customers, those not matched are seen as new customers, and those with no valid contact details are screened out.
Optionally, we can add Mosaic geo-demographic codes to help you categorise customers and acquire lists of similar prospects
We add distances between customer and property addresses so you can select on proximity to your properties or other locations like airports or conference centres.
If required, we will add external flags to records for deceased, do-not-contact or gone-away customers.
