Select corporate and agency bookers for marketing campaigns

For corporate bookings, marketing activity is not confined to the customers. For-Sight® tracks the revenue by corporate booker and by agency booker, and lets you query, select, communicate and report on that basis.

One path to increasing corporate business is direct to corporate and agency bookers.

For each of your sites, regions or even types of customer, you can rank your top corporate customers and the agents they book through (particularly applicable to the hotel & leisure industry). Changes in the rank or absolute spend can be highlighted and action taken.

You can aggregate your customer activity and spend by corporate booker or by agency booker to drive your campaigns to those making the purchasing decisions, giving special volume discounts or other incentives.

In the query module, simply select “New corporate query” and make your selections from the drop down criteria – geographic or by revenue band. You can even include or exclude other queries from the selection, used to exclude recipients of earlier communications.
