For the first time Forth exhibited at Travel Tech Europe on 7 & 8 February. The stand had many visitors interested in finding out more about For-Sight. The event helped to generate ideas and inspiration, and gather feedback for future developments to the on-line marketing database.

For the first time Forth Communication is exhibiting at the renowned World Travel Market (WTM) event at ExCel London, from 7 to 10 November 2011. The WTM is the leading global event for the travel industry to meet, network, negotiate and conduct business. Forth will be profiling For-Sight, and how it can transform hotel marketing.
For-Sight is the only hosted software service currently on the UK market that can offer a one-stop resource, collating data from the hotel, spa and golf property management systems into one place. It then allows the data to be manipulated into bespoke campaigns and provides marketing reports on guest history, for example, frequency of stay and geographical source. It also stores contact information for email, direct mail and SMS marketing and one-touch reporting capabilities, to help track the effectiveness of marketing activity.

A long awaited revamp of Forth’s email broadcasting tool For-Email has finally been completed. The new tool offers html templates, html editing, spam checking, real-time campaign reporting, online surveys, creation of microsites and SMS functionality.

Congratulations to Forth's Production Director, Graeme Grant for completing his charity Swimathon at the weekend. Graeme raised over £700 for Marie Curie Cancer Care which I'm sure everyone will agree is a very impressive effort. There's no truth in the rumour that Graeme now has webbed feet.
