27 April 2010: Forth Production Director completes Swimathon: Congratulations to Forth's Production Director, Graeme Grant for completing his charity Swimathon at the weekend. Graeme raised over £700 for Marie Curie Cancer Care which I'm sure everyone will agree is a very impressive effort. There's no truth in the rumour that Graeme now has webbed feet.
3 February 2010: Rebranding: The two Forth trading companies have been unified under the new brand Forth Communication. This reflects more clearly the overall nature of the companies’ activities.
18 January 2010: New directors appointed: As part of the company restructure, new directors Colin Rankin and Brian Nelson in Bangor and Graeme Grant and Allan Nelson in Edinburgh were appointed to the board of Forth Marketing Services Ltd. They join existing Edinburgh directors Richard Bolton and Gordon Drysdale.
1 January 2010: Reorganisation of the Forth company structure: Forth Marketing Services Ltd became the parent company for Forth Data Management Ltd on 1 January 2010. The acquisition was achieved by share allotment, doubling the capital of Forth MS, with Forth Data becoming a wholly owned trading subsidiary.
12 December 2009: Bangor Operational Board: Allister Reid and Karen Farrelly were appointed to the newly formed Bangor Operating Board. They join directors Brian Nelson and Colin Rankin to oversee daily operations. The board remit includes overseeing the growth of the production facilities, monitoring client service standards and introduction of quality improvement initiatives.
