Forth Communication undertakes the processing and management of a number of types of business critical customer mailings on a daily basis for clients using our print-on-demand services. These include the issue of:

  • Policy documents
  • Hire Purchase Agreements
  • Welcome Packs
  • Arrears communications

Our systems have been developed to ensure a 100% service level for these mailings, most are completed on a scheduled same-day basis. We manage the entire process from stationery stock procurement and control, through data processing and pack production to postage administration.

In addition we undertake scheduled or ad-hoc mailings for customer cross-selling and prospecting.

High volume mailings are project managed, and low volume are produced in-house at our Bangor site.

We keep a keen eye on postage costs and work with clients to maximise discounts and selection of postal carrier
