Richard Bolton - Managing Director Edinburgh
Richard graduated with a bachelor of Commerce from the University of Edinburgh. After his studies he went on to work for Touche Ross & Co, where he became a qualified CA. Spending time in Oman, Middle East, he developed his skills, specialising in banking and insurance. Richard then went on to become one of the founders of Forth in 1991 and is now a data expert and manager at the Forth Edinburgh office. Outside of Forth you will find him in a dinghy on the Forth at North Berwick, or something bigger on the Clyde. Back to Top

Brian Nelson - Managing Director Bangor, NI
Brian is the founding member of Forth Bangor, NI in 2001. Before his time at Forth Brian operated mail call centres and a leading Northern Ireland advertising agency. At Forth Brian is responsible for business development of the NI markets, management of data, production and response handling resources, data estimating and tendering. Outside of Forth Brian is a seasoned traveller, yachtsman, and lover of fine food and wine. Back to Top

With 20 years of experience in financial services marketing with Standard Life and Scottish Widows, Gordon brings a wealth of knowledge to Forth. Joining Forth in June 2004, Gordon provides strategic marketing consultancy and is responsible for client recruitment, retention and business development. Graeme Grant - Production Director Edinburgh
Graduating in print production and management from Glasgow College of Printing Graeme went onto work in the print industry, for 4 years, in Scotland. He then turned to working on the agency side, in direct mail, for 4 years in Bristol. Moving to Edinburgh he spent 13 years as Head of Production with MA DDB, which merged into WWAV in 2003. From there Graeme came to Forth in 2005 to head the production team. He is responsible for estimating, investigating formats and economies of scale, liaising with suppliers, supplier audits and visits, risk assessment, press passing, controlling costs and invoicing. Allan Nelson - Technical Director Edinburgh
Gaining an MA (Hons) in History/Politics from the University of Dundee and a postgraduate MA in Marketing from the University of Ulster Allan then went on to join Forth in 1998 with the responsibility for the data and IT functions. He was one of the founder directors of Forth Bangor in 2001 and heads up the data management department. His responsiblities are liaising with clients, creating & maintaining data briefs and data deliverables schedules, briefing programmers and supervising the flow of data through the business. In his free time Allan enjoys rugby, keeping fit, very loud music and all things techie. Back to Top

Colin Rankin - Technical Director Bangor, NI
Colin has been the technical director at Forth Bangor since its inception and is responsible for all data processing output from Forth. He has a BSc Hons in Computing Science and 14 years DM database experience, running data processing and laser departments. With extensive understanding of name and address issues; data cleaning and manipulation; variable data printing / document imaging Colin can create the necessary data solution. Barbara Parkins - Project Manager
Barbara has been part of the Forth team for over 5 years, and offers a wealth of project management experience to clients. Barbara has worked both on the client and agency side of business. Developing her account management skills at a creative agency, and marketing knowledge at Scottish Widows. Stephen is a print and direct marketing expert, bringing over 20 years of experience from within the industry. Building a strong relationship with a client and managing their account is second nature to Stephen. Away from work he likes to spend time with his family, and support his beloved football team, Hibs. Stephen also fulfilled a personal goal of his this year, by completing his first Ultra Marathon. Graeme works tirelessly for his clients, overseeing every aspect of their account to ensure a high level of quality and service. A keen sportsman, Graeme can regularly be found on the golf course. Susan McGhee - Assistant Project Manager
Susan originally started working at Forth Communication working on reception. Five years on, through dedication and commitment to client work, she now manages various client projects. As well as over-seeing mailings and managing client work, Susan is the designated Forth social organiser! Out of work Susan can be found in the kitchen baking or at a rock gig! Karen manages client data requirements, and resourcing of production and response handling.
