A leading UK life insurer needed to provide legal documentation to the policyholders of its various brands whose funds it wished to merge.

Details

Forth was required to merge data from several internal and external data managers, clean, batch split and Mailsort it. We then created and delivered a range of separately branded personalised letters and legal documents to the policyholders. Forth commissioned the envelopes, stationery and leaflets and managed the process from end to end.

Solution

• We provided almost 4 million letters as PDF images.
• 180 mailing batches mailed daily for 10 weeks.
• Large batches were produced on reel-fed lasers. Medium batches at a second local sheet-fed printer.
• Overseas and certain smaller batches were handled by Forth in-house production.
• All records were meticulously accounted for.
• We provided a database of the records mailed, with a bespoke search and retrieve application.
• The project completed to budget and to schedule.
