Overview

Our client recognises that 'time is money' and was keen to have the 'debts' repaid as soon as possible and wanted a solution which would allow for mailing the day after data was supplied.

Details

We developed a process which accommodates a series of comprehensive checks whilst normally allowing the debt letters to be despatched the day after we have received the data file.

Solution

• We developed our own SFT (secure file transfer) mechanism which allows for data to be safely and securely loaded to and from the internet, with email alerts announcing any SFT activity.
• Proofs are sent electronically using an eps file to replicate the letterhead and allowing for same day sign-off.
• The packs are produced in our in-house laser and enclosing facility.
• A full mailing reconciliation is produced at the end of each job.
